N. D.. Dec. 19. (JP) A third pony movement in North Dakota in preparation for' the 1926 political campaign was started here last night with the formation of the farmer-labor party of this state. Tho organization was regarded ns a skeleton affair with its final definite status, probably not being decided until next February. Those who sponsored the third party idea are members of tho non-partisan league. The league Itself wan not behind the plan. Those who attended the meeting here adopted state and national platforms for the farmer-labor party which they hope to put on a solid national footing. They prepared to launch a ticket for the senate elections next year. The national platform demands that the federal government give the same consideration lo agricul tural Interests that it has given to the railroads and other corpora tions. ' The !. C. C. was urged to reduce to pre-war levels tho present freight rates on agricultural products.
