The jury deliberated ten minutes. Vaughn will be sentenced Friday morning at 10 a. ra. Also at that time Judge Leavitt will pronounce sentence on Roy Darling, charged with a statutory crime. The jury which convicted Vaughn was composed of A. J. Manning. John W. Utter, G. C. Carleton, N. I. Short, Verne Gordon, A. M. Worden, George Trammel, C. F, Mills, H. N. Moe, L. L. Porter, J. T.
