Circuit Court Jury De
liberates 10 Minutes
On Case
A verdict of guilty against Thom
as Vaughn, charged with operating
a moonshine still, was returned by
a circuit court jury shortly before
noon today. The jury deliberated ten
minutes.
Vaughn will be sentenced Friday
morning at 10 a. ra. Also at that
time Judge Leavitt will pronounce
sentence on Roy Darling, charged
with a statutory crime.
The jury which convicted Vaughn
was composed of A. J. Manning.
