THE CHRISTMAS CHEST Strong support should again be accorded the Christ mas Chest campaign which will get under way tonight with the appointment of the several committees to carry on his relief and charitable work during the Christmas holidays. . A Christmas Chest; with all agencies of the city work ing in close cooperation, will avoid unnecessary duplica tion and will give assurance that all of the city's de serving poor will be remembered on Christmas Day.
