Colmmunity Club Exhibits At County Fair Attracting Much Attention From AH Visitors All Products of Various Sections of Klamath Shown in Well-Arranged Booths Future Development is Key note of harm Displays Pride of the pant ami present and confident hope in undreamed development in the future, are all woven into community club displays at She county fair Mis morning. Some vf tho community clubs step past the usual conventional community booth, seen at so many county fairs. Their purpose la not to merely ipolnt proudly to what fer tile soil of their community can pro dulse, but also t call attention to the indications thut point to a big development. This la the first community club display ever undertaken at the coun ty fair. There is no prize. No one person will receive the glory. It is a move of all hands in each particu lar community to leave a bootfa at the county fair that will attract at tention, nothing more. Symbolic DispUy Hore sympolic displays character ise the Bonanza booth than any of the other community club exhibits. The decoration scheme is centered bout a four leaf clover which sjg ntffes that Bonanza is situated so as to tap tour valleys, Yonna, Spra gue, Ftoe and Langell's valleys. Prominent In tuls boottl Is a mini ature railroad which signifies the Oregon Trunk railroad. A large box covered on the bottom (with and and showing the various indus tries of the section Is included. A small oil well testifies to the confi dence Bonahaa residents have in the West Coast Oil well In Youna valley. James I.uebke and Klsa Armstrong ure In charge of the booth. IVntrnl Hub Potatoes are featured In the ex hibit of tne Central Community Club. The name of the club Is written in large netted gems and scattered throughout the luxuriant exhibit is evidence of potatoes, livery nou-cesident of Klamath county will be given the opportun ity of tasting the products of the farm land contigous to the Central Community club, Saturday afternoai at 4 o'clock. Those in charge wilt cruise through vie fair ground, and collert a crowd of non-residents. Anotuer feature of this booth will be sn example of spinning as done by the old peasants of Russia. A former resident of Russia will sit before the booth 'With nothing In her hand but a small stick will graphically demonstrate how spin ning among the Rusaian peasants is accomplished. Wheat, oats, ive barley and alfalfa are arranged with telling effectiveness in the large space uocorded to this community club. O. P. Mr. Lytell Is tak ing a position with the Pacific Tele graph and Telephone company as lineman.
