Grey, formerly located here, now part owner in tho Crater Lake Automotive company of Med ford, is among the prominent busi ness visitors in the city and while here is looking after the company's agency for the Paige and Jewctt cars. In speaking of conditions here, Mr. Grey Is most optimistic and plans to spend a considerable amount of time here developing the Klamath county field for his agency. I. J. Returned By Grand Jury Seven men and lone woman, over whom criminal charges have been hanging during the past few weeks, stand today freed as the result of not true bills returned to circuit court yesterday by. the county grand Jury, - i Edith Senklo and Ray Bunch who were held on a charge of Immoral conduct were exonerated. Bunch had formerly been declared not guilty in justioe court on a charge of possession of tntoxicatibg liquor. Witnesses 'wio appeared before the grand jury in this case were H. L. Collins, Ja:k H. Lewis, C. C. Cole man and Lon Burke.' , a A charge of gambling which was dismissed against tour cbi named' 'by Justice of the Peace R. E. Hun saker. ' waj brought up before the grand Jury by. the district attorney and a not tMie bill returned against the men. The four men wero Jack Fong, Mark Lin, Wong How, and Gong Fong. Witnesses who testifi ed befpra Hie jury, in connection with this caso wore Deputy Sheriff Burke; ' Deputy District Attorney David R. Vandenberg and Deputy Sheriff J.; W. Hilton.
