Tartoue, portrait painter, can now
obtain a divorce since a jury has
found that the acts of his wife on six
occasions entitle him to it. - ,

court where a divorce action was
contested by a woman. !

Claudia Windsor Tartoue was
married to the artist in 1919. He
was her third husband!
Mr. Tartoue said that he expects
to resume work shortly on a nainting
of President Coolidge and his father.
Mrs. Tartoue, the daughter ot
Mrs. R. Dengue Barnet of Portland,
Oregon, was adopted In 1922 as a
daughter by Countess Clarel De Toc
queville De Rampan De Chanquetot.

Horribly, mismanaged from start to finish, the boxing
exhibition staged last, night at Wlulkse gave the mitt
game in this section a setback from which it will take a
long time to recover.
The only consolation from the standpoint of those
who like the game is the fact that so few were present.
