KLAMATH FALLS, OREGON STAURDAY, APRIL 1, IMS SLOW REGISTRATION' THERE are fourteen days in which electors can register tor the state and county primaries. There are over 2,000'people, or one-half of the county's voting strength, 'to be registered. There la not a great deal of excuse for this delay. In every precinct there is a registrar, and the county clerk's office here has been reminding all vis itors of the need of registering. But still, only half of the people entitled to vote have qualified themselves for the May balloting. Next week the clerk's office will re main open a couple of hours fn the evenings to accommodate the people whose hours of employment makes It impossible for them to register dur ing the usual business hours at the court house. It is to be hoped that the mill and factory , employes will take advantage of this, and' register In sufficient strength to make what ever candidates are nominated the choice of the majority of their parties.
