Booscy upon a prom issory note. J. C. Rutcnle was the attorney for tho plaintiff and C. C. Browcr for tbo defondant. Tbe de fondant, It appears, admitted making tbo noto but claimed there, was a failure of consideration for the same, Tbo caso was tried before a Jury of six men, good and true, and they de cided In favor of tho defendant.
