This reduction will apply to all points on the Southern Pacific lines in Oregon, Ash land and north. This reduction will amount to f 100 and over per car, and the rate, of 50 cents is an exceptionally low rate, being lower than the present rate on any other commodity. Conklin and his able assist ants the school has made steady progress until now an attendance of HO or 90 is nothing unusual, while the collections are exceedingly good and the interest taken by those present indicates that the offiiers are well suited to their work.
