N. Watson started for Portland Tuesday to attend the Rose festival in that oity beginning on the Ct. They will be absent from Lakeview a month. Mr. Watson is taking his annual vacation. S. V. Rehart returned Monday morning from New York and Washing ton. D. C , where he spent the pant winter. Mr. Rehart says he enjoyed bis visit in the East and saw and beard many things of interest to bim.
