Recipes M e e tin g s Cinnantott Apple*. 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup water, 1 cup red cinnamon candies. 1 cup cottage cheese 6 small apples; ‘ •j cup chopped walnuts; 2 tbsps. mayonnaise, lettuce Heat sugar, water, and cinnamon candies in saucepan over low flam e until candy is dissolved Pare and core apples, place m syrup, cover and cook very slowly unt,i lender but not broken. The apples should be bright red. Turn once during cook ing Rem ove carefully from syrup and chill. Fill centers with cheese, walnut meats and mayonnaise cum* bined. Serve on lettuce.
