Wrecked Car Found A badly wrecked automobile, listed as the property of J. Rick, 841 Oak street, Portland, was found Friday night by Traffic Officer Devin and Night Marshal Conover blockading the roadway on the Hood river bridge of the Columbia River highway. The driver could not be located. The car was without lights and a menace to traffic. Officers believed the car had been stolen.
