G.. who will have charge of traffic that day over the spans. The bridge com pany w|ll charge no toll on traffic moving across the structure from 10 a. in. until 4 p. m. on the day of the opening. At varying intervals Hood River folk for the past 15 years have dis cussed plans for a bridge here. But the proj»osnls were never taken seri ously. for it was always considered that the cost of construction for the time being would be prohibitive. When Elbert M.
