We have contracted for a building site to erect a permanent home for our constantly growing business. In consideration of the fact that the major part of our capital is invested in Dry Goods, Clothing, Shoes, Men's Furnishings, Ladies' Suits, Cloaks, Children's Wear, Men's and Boys Over coats, Blankets, Bedding, Trunks, Bags and Suit Cases, and countless other items which the Fall and Winter will make necessary for the comfort of this community, we propose a most liberal offer to all our customers and their friends who purchase at one time for cash goods from any department in the house to the amount of or over a Cash per cent For example, if a Suit of Clothes is marked $10 you get back $1.00 in cash, and the more you buy the more you make, and my advice is not to buy anything you don't need, but to buy everything you do need, and buy it here while we are making this unusual offer. You all know our prices are marked in plain figures and we will strive just as hard to please you as though we were not giving you this money.
