Vollmer. Mr. Craig then oame to
Lewiston and applied for a saloon
license to open an establishment in
the Squirer building, but tbe action
of tbe counoll at that time iu limiting
tbe number of saloon In bueineaa in
Lewiston.
Tbe arrest was made at Vollmer
early last Thursday when tbe officer
wooped Into the town atter au all
night's ride across Craig mountain by
private conveyance.

Idaho courts for tbe murder of Fred
Tyler, tbe first trial resulting in no
verdict aud the second in an aqiuttal.
It has been said be waa implicated
in tbe murder of former Governor
Stuenberg of Idaho.
