Mrs. Snidow is the former Marcia Ann Williams, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William J. Wil liams, iino Siskiyou Boulevard. The bridegroom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralnh W. Father Escorts Bride Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a floor length gown of peau de soie fashioned with long sleeves, fit led hodiro and A-shapcd skirt which formed a chapel train. A wide panel of Chantilly laco fell from Iho neckline to the hem and an inverted pleat in front was fastened nt the waistline with a solt-fabric bow. Her cY hnw lonolh veil of silk illusion was held by a pillbox hat of lullc and Chanlilly lace accent ed with pearls. Her only jewel ry was a single strand of pearls, a gift of the bridcRroom, nnd she carried a bouquet of red roses. The newlywcds will make their home in Eugene af ter January 4. The bride, a sen ior at the University of Oregon majoring in English, is a gradu ate of Medford High School. Mr. Snidow, a lfffid graduate of the University ot Oregon, majored in physical education. He re ceived the Hoffman award (or being chosen the team's most Evening Ceremony Weds Pair EAGLE POINT - Miss Pa tricia Jean Claus, and Ronald E. Colley were married in 7 o'clock evening rites read De cember 21 by the Rev. Carl Christian in Eagle Point Com munity Church. The bride Is a daughter of Mrs. Harold Claus, 311 Soulh B Street, Eagle Point, and the bridegroom is a son of Mrs. Mary Lou Colley, 1111 North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Kenneth H. Luney flave the bride in marriage. Her gown, ballerina length, was of em bossed peau de soie with fitted bodice and sweetheart neckline. The bell-shaped skirt was made with (ronl over-panel held by a self-fabric bow above the hem line and the controlled back fullness was created by un pressed pleats. Her elbow length veil was held by a crown and she carried white carna tions. Miss Sandra Poole, White City, was the bride's attendant. Her French blue frock was styled with scoop neckline and fitted bodice and the ballerina length skirt was made with small unpressed pleats. Her bouquet was of pink carnations and white chrysanthemums. Gary Dallas Colley was besl man for his brother and an other brother, Roy Colley, seat ed guests. The church was decorated with white chrysanthemums. Mrs. Georgia Powers was or ganist. About 75 guests attended the ceremony and reception given by the bride's parents in the church rooms. Mrs. Edward Kimmel served the wedding cake and Mrs. David Kahi poured punch. The couple is living at 021',i Maple Park Drive, Medford. The bride attended Eagle Point High School and the bridegroom attended Medford schools. He served for three years in the Army. All are Oregon Stale University students. Mr. and Mrs. Hoag enter tained for the students Decem ber 21 at an "old fashioned" Christmas party in their moun tain home off Longbranch Road, Shady Cove. Also attend ing were the Misses Jean Allen, Patricia Selby and Kristine Skaar, all Medford, and Michael Higgins, Brigham Young Uni versity student, who is here for the holidays with his parents. The day was spent in gather ing and trimming the Christmas tree and in the evening Mr. and Mrs. Hoag directed ihe group in games. The Hoag fam ily also spent Christmas day there. Honor Society Pledges Student Miss Nancy Hinman, junior in elementary education at the University of Oregon, was re cently initiated into Pi Lambda Theta, national honor society for women in the educational field. Miss Hinman, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. S. Hinman, 675 Oakdale Privc, is a member of Delta Gamma social sorority (or women. Miss Hinman, home for the holidays, plans to leave Monday to spend some time in San Francisco with friends. The marriage of Miss Terri Lynne Menlzer and Daniel De laney -Matteson was solemnized December 21 at 8 o'clock in the evening in Medford First Meth odist Church. The Rev. Robert Cornwall, of the Ashland As sembly of God Church, an uncle of the bride, officiated. The bride is a daughter of Mrs. Thomas Cornwall, 710 Bcekman Street, Medford, and Donald O. Mentzcr, San Mateo, Calif. The bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Mattc son, Route 2, Box 281, Central Point. Mr. Cornwall escorted h i s step-daughter to the altar. The bride's gown of Chantilly lace and silk organza over taffeta was styled with basque bodice with long sleeves of lace and a Sabrina neckline embroidered in pearls and iridescent sequins. The bouffant organza overskirt was banded with scalloped lace picked up in back and front over a lace ruffle and held in place with organza bows. The hand rolled silk illusion veil was el- bow length with a butterfly face veil. Holding the veil was a cap of ruffled lace scattered with pearls and sequins. The bridal bouquet was of white carnations with detach able white orchid corsage. Attendants Wear Pink Miss Rosemary Turk, Happy Camp, Calif., was the honor at tendant and bridesmaids were the Misses Cheryl Johnson and Karen Johnson. Laurie Matte son, sister of the bridegroom, was flower girl. . Their frocks were of pink sat in and they wore matching net veils and slippers. Single flow ers held the bridesmaids veils and the maid of honor's head piece was a white fur crown. Their flowers were white and pink carnations. William Oldham, Sacramento, Calif., was best man and seating the guests were John Dunlap and Harley Dickerson, Ashland. Candelabra holding tapers lighted the altar, which was dec. orated with baskets of white flowers on either side. Pink bows marked the pews. Mr. Cornwall sang the wed ding songs. I The candies were iigntea ny Lynette and Judy Cornwall, daughters of the Rev. Mr. Corn- wan. At the reception given by Ihe bride's mother and Mr. Corn wall in the church rooms, the bride's table was decorated with pink and white carnations. Some 100 guests attended both the ceremony and reception. Mother wears Blue The bride's mother chose a blue velvet suit with matching velvet purse and gloves and blue hat and shoes.The bridegroom's mother wore a green wool dress and black accessories. A wedding supper served in the home of the bride for rela tives and friends was given by the bride's mother. The couple traveled to north ern points briefly and a wedding trip is planned for a later date. The bride's traveling suit was of pink wool which she wore with black patent accessories. The couple is living at 538 South Keene Way in Medford. The bride is a 1963 graduate of Medford High School and the bridegroom was graduated in 1961 from Crater High School. He is employed by the J. J. Newberry Company Shopping Center Store as assistant man ager trainee. The bride has lived In Med ford for about five years. The bridegroom, born in White City, always has lived in the Rogue Valley, and is a member of an early-day family. . Out-of-town guests included a great aunt and uncle of the bride, Mr. and Mrs. Joe E. Bolts, Spokane, Wash.; a grand mother of the bride, Mrs. Jack Edwards, Springfield, and an uncle and aunt of the bride, Mr. and Mrs. James Cornwall, Eugene.
