Lewis & Clark Ranked 21st in UPI Small College Basketball Coach Ratings NEW YORK (UPI) - The Evansville Aces, perennial card sharks of the small college bas ketball ranks, drew a full house for the second consecutive week in retain their position atop the tion despite the fact that only three coaches voted the Louisi ana school No. 1.
