Wallace Schedules Eugene Talk Jan. 13 MONTGOMERY, Ala. UPll Gov. George Wallace will speak the evening of Jan. IS at the University of Oregon in Eugene, his office said Thursday. Wallace's speech is one of several he is making on a Far West tour next month. He is scheduled to fly to Port land from Los Angeles on Jan. 12 and hold a news conference at the Hilton Hotel in Portland Jan, 13 at 10 a.m., after which he travels to Eugene.
