While Pudding will yield 16 servings I the unit is operating, gradually and will make something differ-1 add the sugar and blend until ent tor use wnen entertaining groups. Required are one-fourth cup cold water; one envelope gel atin; two tablespoons boiling water; five eggs, separated; one-fourth lemon, seeded; one cup sugar; six tablespoons rum. If you use a blender nut cold water into the container, add smooth. Just before turning off unit, add rum. Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry. Remove egg yolk mixture from container by pouring over whites and gently fold together. (If you have no blender use whip or beat.) Use a two to two and one half quart mold which is cold. gelatin, soften for a minute, add j Pour mixture into it and chill boiling water and blend until until firm. Unmold and serve gelatin is dissolved. Separate with whipped cream and fresh eggs and add yolks and lemon or frozen strawberries or rasp wedge blending until they are berries. SISKIYOU 19S4 JOE R.
