Allies Schedule Meeting in Paris LONDON (UPI)-Allied lead ers have called a meeting in Paris early next week to seek a settlement of their differences over East-West trade policies, au thoritative diplomatic sources said Tuesday. The United States wants to unify the West's credit terms in dealing with the Soviet bloc. Some allies fear such a move will lead to a loss of sales to the Communist nations. The meeting, scheduled for next Monday, will be held with in the framework of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, which has been keeping an eye on trade with the Communist bloc. Undersecretary of State George Ball, now in West Ger many on his tour of European capitals for preliminary inter allied trade talks, was expected to attend the Paris meeting.
