OLCC Administrator Don J Barnick also told the grocers their cooperation in enforcing rules on package sales of beer and wine is necessary (or effec tive administration. He said the commission is at tempting to shift some of the responsibility for infractions from the grocer to the teenager who attempts to buy the beverage. The Rev. Morton A. Hill, a Jesuit, told parishioners at St. Ignatius Loyola Sunday he would continue his fast until a crackdown is ordered by Mayor Robert F. WaRner. The Jesuit, who said he began his fast at 8 p.m. Friday and was subsisting only on water, accused Wagner of falling to follow through with a promised four-point program to eliminate pornographic sales.
