This was the conclusion of Junior Service league members, who plan to stage a little parade down town one day this week to focus attention on the mammoth International Flea Market which they will hold October 25, 26 and 27 at the armory to raise funds for philanthropic projects. Lead ing Snorkel, the dachshund, is tittle Tina Mickelsen, daughter of the Charles Mickelsons, 1804 Niedermeyer drive, and Sidney, the basset hound belongs to Geoff rey Vevera, whose parents, the Frank Veveras, are neighbors of the Mickelsons. Since the idea of the Flea Market part bazaar, part rummage sale, carnival and fun fair was born in the minds of Junior Service league members, many of them have been hard at work with knitting needles and yarn. On sale will be the result of their efforts, hand-knit sweaters with matching skirt lengths In mom and tot sizes, mittens,, caps, handmade toys and a variety of other articles. Copies of the new cook book which league members compiled and which are just off the press will be sold at the coming Flea Market, along with quantities of jams, jellies, pickles and other delicacies made in the kitchens of league members. !ii mim w vn mi i i iimmIi tav twin. Little Kristin Patron (at left) daughter of the William P.ttoni, Ashland, wasn't loo sure about what her mount, Maynard, was going ttj do when she tried him out last week, but her companion, two-year-old Laura Williams, begged for a longer ride on Priscilla. Uur knows all about burros because these two belong to her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gordcm Williams t Madron lane, arftl are her pets. 0 o
