(UPD The surviving Dionne quintup lets are going to get a special invitation to Aberdeen's big Oct. 14 celebration for the brand-new Fischer quints. While the young Fischers con tinued "doing fine" in St. Luke's hospital, townsfolk started draw ing up a list of persons they would invite to the big day when the quints will be one month old. E. C. Pieplow, president of the Aberdeen Chamber of Com merce and spokesman for the Fischer family, said invitations would be sent to governmental, religious and medical person ages. He said, however, their names would not be revealed until they responded to the invitation. Pieplow did say that special invitations would go to the four Dionne quints in Canada now 29 years of age and the Diligenti quintuplets in Argen tina. Pieplow said a notice would be sent to Pope Paul VI and it was hoped the Pope would send his papal blessings. The Fischers are Roman Catholic and their three oldest children attend Sacred Heart school. Four People Appear In Jackson County Circuit Court California, Oregon and Wash ington lead the nation in pro duction of hops. The case of Aaron Cornelius Husiman Jr., 1H, Seattle, Wash., was continued for three days in Jackson county circuit court yesterday to allow him to enter a plea to charges of burglary not in a dwelling. Huisman is charged with breaking into the Brave Bull restaurant in Medford June 10. He was remanded to district court yesterday after a juvenile hearing. He waived preliminary hearing in district court and ap peared in circuit court. Alvin Earl Scott, 39, of Al bany, Ore., pleaded guilty in circuit court to charges of lar ceny in a building and was sen tenced to three years in Oregon State penitentiary. He was charged with taking a ring from a jewplery store here in March, liKil. Sheriff's deputies recently returned him from Nashville, Tenn., where he was arrested on a warrant from Jackson county. Probation was revoked on 1, box 4tiB, Jacksonville. Sen tencing was continued at his at-1 torney's request. Placed on Probation Hopton originally was placed on probation for burglary not in a dwelling. He was accused of violating his probation by John Arthur Hopton, 19, of route contributing to the delinquency of a minor and failure to follow the instructions of his probation department. Walter Dale Balla, 18, of route 1, Gold Hill, had his probation revocation hearing continued to allow him to contact an attor ney. Balla is charged with violat ing his probation by using liq uor, for failure to appear in Medford municipal court on charges of disturbing the peace and for failure to maintain resi dence and employment.
