Registration Times Noted for Howard Pre-school registration at Howard school for all first graders will be held Friday, Sept. 6 from 8:30 a.m. until noon. The registration will be in the first grade room with par ents taking their child. Par ents should take registration materials, physical examina tion slips and money for lunch and insurance if desired. Parents who do not have this material may get it at the Howard school office from Aug. 26 through 30 from 9 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. Second and third graders who will be new to Howard school this fall are to register in the school gymnasium also Friday, Sept. 6 from 8:30 a.m. until noon. Parents should accompany their children and have last year's report card. All other students who will attend grades 4, 5, and 6 at Howard school will register on opening day, Sept. 9, in their respective rooms. The trip took 20 POOn MAN'S HOOtv J i:or:,E Man Killed When Caught in Roller Lewiston, Idaho - IUPII - Ken neth Ervln, 22, Bend, Ore., was killed Tuesday when he was pulled throiign a high-speed roller at the Clearwater tissue mill here where he worked. Officials of the Potlatch Forest, Inc., which owns the tissue mill, said Ervln's arm apparently became caught in the high-speed rollers, through which the tissue is rolled into sheets. He died about two hours after the accident at a Lewis ton hospital. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Ervin, Bend. The mill was dedicated only last Wednesday.
