Presiding over student aiiaira next year win oe cam Grove. Other student body officers elected were Ken Hawkins, vice president; Michele Dube, secretary, and Cynthia Owens, treasurer. Danny Beeson, John and Ted . Barker, Billy Bagley, Dale Sauer, Danny Cooper, Jim Consbiurk, and Ron Wil liams are possible prospects for the Conifer Physical Fit ness Camp for 1963 at Vera dale, Wash. The camp is held during June, July, or August. Swimming, basketball, fishing and golf are a few of the sports in which the boys may participate. A statewide language clinic was held t the University of Oregon in Eugene recently. Four students were chosen on the basis of classwork and grades to attend from Phoenix High. They were Jay Thomas, Spanish II; Teresa Mata, Span ish III; Lorna Fowler, Ger man II; and Stuart Vencill. German III. Johna Kur-hl... companied the group.
