Amortization of estimated main haul road costs is computed on 100 per cent of the estimated timber volume. In addi tion there is within the sale area an unestlmated volume of Douglas-fir, logs and peeler blocks, unmerchantable because of defect which the bidder may agree to remove at $0.50 per M board feet, gross scale.
