This Week's Plan for Home Builders By HIAWATHA ESTES For the family that cher ishes gracious living, here's a plan that rambles with ease and extra comforts galore. One of the must satisfying characteristics that can be in corporated into a home is a generous amount of storage area. In this plan, each of the Bon Dennis. Medford. have ! four bedrooms has a specially announced retirement of the business name A and Z Rental Equipment and arc no longer connected with the company. Obituaries ETHEL E. COFFEEN Funeral services for Mrs. Ethel E. Coffeen. B9. of 341 Haven st., who died Wednes day, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in Conger Morris downtown chapel. Pastor Ar vin W. Winkle of the Valley View Seventh Day Atlventist church will officiate. Commit tal will be private in Siskiyou Memorial park. Mrs. Coffeen was born April 8. 1893. in Beatrice. Nebr., and moved to Medford with her parents, Charles L. and. the late Henrietta E. Lim ing, in 1908. She was married Nov. 29, 1916, in Ashland, to Charles Coffeen, who survives. Other survivors include a son, Willis Coffeen, Eugene, Ore. her father, Charles L. Liming, Salem, Ore.; three sisters. Mrs. Nellie Johnson, Bakersficld, Calif.; Mrs. Ma bel Ginsti, California; Mrs Bernicc Greer, Cincinnati, Ohio; and two grandsons. designed wardrobe with a row of deep drawers across the bottom. There are three pull man lavatories with ample drawer and shelf area. An ex tra wide linen closet opens to the hall while a smaller linen and a general storage closet arc included in the layout of the service bath. Three roomy closets open onto the kitchen hall. If addi tional closets arc desired, the forced air furnace and water heater could be relocated in the garage. The planter divid ing the living room and din ing area has storage shelves below the planter that open to the dining room. Above Washer, Dryer Wall cabinets are above the washer and dryer, and there is a storage shelf at the rear of the oversized garage plus ad ditional storage area along one wall. Finally, the kitchen offers not one but two wide pantries- which have as much total storage as is usually found in the average kitchen. Another striking and excit ing feature of this home is the spacious living room - dining area. Here, the dining area is as wide as the living room and not decreased in size to form the usual dining ell. This room appears even larger due to the wide sliding glass doors which open to the patio and the exceptional amount of glass at the corner of the din ing. Access to the patio is also available from the master bedroom. The master bedroom with its luxurious private dressing room and bath is an example of the thoughtfulncss of this plan.. In this unusual design, the water closet and shower arc located in one area while the twin pullman lavatory has been placed in the dressing room. The lavatory is sep arated from the bedroom by a wall nearly six feel in height. If you wish, your con tractor could extend this wall to the ceiling and enlarge the bath to include the lavatory. Complete working drawings for this plan can be purcha&ed at a cost ot $7.50 for Ihc lirst set and $j for each additional set when ordered at the same tune.
