It's much less expen sive than adding them at a later date. for Instance, here in addi tion to a spacious living room, there is a separate informal family room with lis own fireplace and handy to bnlli the kitchen and patio. Hav ing such a room In a home is especially valuable as most family activities will take place here. The family room is sepa rated only partally from the kitchen and lis generous size nook. It is a short distitnrc from the kitchen, through the sliding glass doors of the family room, to the palio. This convenient arrangement means that outdoor minis can be planned at any time mid at a minimum of inconveni ence. Stparalt Dining Boom The separate dining room with Its large corner windows is accessible from both the kitchen and entry. The service bus space for laundry facilities, plus closets for brooms, water heater and pantry sluratic. The oversized pantry closet could be used for general storage if pre ferred. Children can use the half bath off the service with out tracking grime throui;h the house from outside. The well integrated floor plan takes into account the normal (low of dally traffic and makes it easy fur you to get from one room to another without any detours. This re quires a small amount of ex tra square footage but over the years Is well worth the cost. Desirable Storage Space There Is an abundance of desirable storage space In all areas of the home. In addition to that already mentioned, nearly 18 lineal feet of closets plus the furnace open to the halls. Each of the front bed rooms has its own wardrobe while lite master bedroom has two. Doth the family and master bedroom private baih have long pullmans with stor age below. A roofed breczeway offers protection from the weather when going from the house to the garage. A combination gable hip roof has been utilized in de signing this contemporary ex terior. During construction, it could be changed to either a straight hip or gable if so desired.
