The annual Christmas As sembly was held in the gym. "Winter Wonderland" was the theme of the assembly of which Bill Schwab was chair man. The Lavaliers, under the direction of Norman Caroth ers, sang a variety of Christ mas carols. After the songs, Master of Ceremonies Dave Force Introduced Sharon Shellabarger who told the Christmas Story. The toys under the Christ mas tree found it time to awaken and the rocking horse, Tuti Ayrcs and Jaci Glines, rocked out onto the gym floor followed by the spotlight. Two teddy bears, Toni Morrow and Lorainc llixon, gave a roller skating demonstration followed b y the appearance of two dolls, Sue Cox and Bccki Glines. A crew of Brownies, the wrestling team, gave Santa a rude awakening after which he invited Mr. Piche, world geography teacher, to sit on his knee.
