State Supreme Court Jus tice Benjamin Brenner ap proved the settlement termi nating a $500,000 damage suit brought by Frank and Mil dred Cervo, parents of Jo Ann Cervo, 10. A Brooklyn Supreme Court jury was de liberating the case when the plaintiffs accepted the corpor ation's settlement offer.
