One afternoon last week these three residents, Harold Mercer (at left), Everett Carkin and Pierce Elmore were at the big card table. The room is available to members for entertaining clubs and church groups, classes are held in it in the winter months, movies are shown and from time to time the men sponsor a pancake breakfast for all those living in the Villa. The swimming pool et Elmore Villa is well used In the hot weeks of summer. Enjoying the water and sun last Tuesday afternoon were Mrs. Dwight Flndley (at left) and Mrs. Robert Findley (in deck chairs). Mrs. Cald well's garden is mostly pumice rocks 0mw"r" ' "l and driftwood; her mobile home is an J- j !-3&&l?L:M'&: "expando" with extra living room width. Mrs. Everett Carkin says their mobile home provides all the room and con veniences they need; she finds her kitchen handy and easy to care for. The Carkins first bought a small unit and later traded it for an all-electric larger one. Some mobile homes are completely furnished, owners just move in.
