Elected to serve were Ches ter Myers, Bend, commander; Lloyd DeLap, Klamath Falls, senior vice commander; Spen cer Leonard, Portland, chap lain; Arch L. Brewster, Sa lem, treasurer; and David W. Lloyd, Portland, department adjutant and service officer and delegate to the national convention in Atlantic City, N. J. Mrs. Roberta Wolfe, Med ford, was named senior vice president of the auxiliary. Zand Talent, is one of 35 young people in Oregon attending 4-H summer school at Oregon State university. The young sters are all recipients of scholarships provided by Safeway Stores, Inc. The school session lasts for one week, and the 4-H mem bers, who belong to livestock clubs, are conducting breed ing projects as part of their club work.
