Included are zone fore casts from Washington and northern California. An important segment of the advice will be fire weath er conditions for foresters, and river and flood forecasts, which will be used for ths first rf.ime this year. Some na tional information is included. The Alden facsimile is used primarily to relay weather charts with the point of trans mission in the national mete orlogical center in Washing ton, D.C. Reports of local, regional and worldwide weather con ditions are sent to the center, whet they are plotted and analyzed by teams of meteor ologists aided by electronic computers and chart plotters.
