She car ried a bouquet of white car nations and a lavender or- child. Her pearl necklace was a gift from the bridegroom, , Miss Shirley Boswell was maid of honor for her sister. Mrs. Raymond Bailey. The brides mother wore a tan sheath dress with pink accessories for the event and the bridegroom's mother wore a sheer blue dress over lace with pink accessories. Both wore pink carnation corsages. Cindy Finnell, Medford, niece of the bridegroom, was flower girl and De Hunter, Klamath Falls, cousin of the bride, served as ring bearer. Richard Finnell, brother of the bridegroom,' was best man. Ushers, were Raymond Bailey, Medford, Dennis Daily, Eagle Point, and David Bowdoln, Ashland. A reception followed In the church dining room, which was decorated in a pink and white motif. Mrs. Ida Perci- val, Winnipeg, Canada, aunt of the bridegroom, cut tne cake, assisted by Mrs. Rich er'. Finnell, Medford, sister- in-law of the bridegroom. Miss Montlca' Setty poured punch and Mrs. Max Beals, Portland, aunt of the bride groom, poured coffee. The couple traveled to San Francisco on their , honey moon, the bride wearing a light pink wool suit and white accessories for travel.' They will be at home in Klamath Falls, where the bridegroom 1 a member of the Oregon State Police. He was gradu ated from Ashland High school in 19S7 and spent four years in the Navy. Flowers, Star Route, Box 454, Shady Cove, to Carl C. Clay ton, son of Mr. and Mrs! Cal vin Clayton, Butte Falls Star route, took place Saturday, April 8. The Rev. D. E. Mil lard performed the ceremony In the New Age church. About 20 guests attended. . The bride wore a gown of cream lace over satin, with emerald green trim and cream colored accessories. Her bou quet was of daffodils, quince blossoms and spirea. Mrs, Vir gil Serr, matron of honor, wore a pale yellow dress with white accessories. The bride groom was born In Medford and attended Prospect and Eagle Point schools. He is em ployed by Fred Chrlstean Logging company,' Ceramic Show Is Announced Plans are underway for the third annual Ceramic show sponsored by the Cancer so ciety In Talent. It will be held April 28 at the Talent City hall. Co-chairmen of the show are Mrs. John Baldwin and Mrs. C. O. Long. Anyone hav ing ceramics to show may contact either chairman, or Mrs. Ellis Beeson of Carmen's Ceramics In Talent. Ribbons will be given In many categories of ceramics. Bender, 1941 Westerlund drive, announce the marriage of their daughter Gail, to John William Mason III. The ceremony took place March 24 at Tacoma, Wash. Mr. Mason Is the son of Mr. and Mi's. John William Mason Jr., Temple "CKy, Calif. . Both the bride and bride groom are seniors at the Uni versity of Fuget Sound in Ta coma. Mrs. Mason attended Medford grade .schools and was graduated from the Helen Bush girls school in Seattle. Mr. - Mason attended Culver Military academy, , La Jolla, Calif. Miss Johnson Visits Parents Gold Hill-Miss Laura John son spent last week visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Johnson, Route 1, Box 94. Miss Johnson is moving to San Francisco where she will work in the executive office of the St.: Francis hotel. She has been making her home in Seattle the past two years while working at the Benja min Franklin hotel. . - Masonic Groups To Hold Dinner . Oregon chapter, Royal Arch Masons, and Royal Arch wid ows will hold the monthly potluck dinner Tuesday, April 18, at 6:30 p.m. in the Ma sonic temple, Jacksonville. The committee for the din ner will be Mrs. Roy Picard, Mrs. J. E. Crawford, Mrs. Joe Gregory, Mrs. Henry Halver son, and Mrs. Roy Gibbons. All Royal Arch Masons and their wives are invited to attend. Registration and dinner are set for Saturday evening, and breakfast on Sunday taorning.
