The two are Mark Kamin sky, 32, Jefferson Township, Mich., and Harvey Bennett, 26, Bath, Maine, who went to the Soviet Union in August as tourists. They disappeared and U.S. efforts to locate them were not successful un til the Soviet Union announc ed last week they were being expelled as spies. Kaminskv appealed his case to the Presi dium of the Soviet Union. Their release came as a sur prise. Both said they had no idea whv thev were turned free so quickly. "It is a mys tery to us, Bennett said.
