The diplomats said Khrush chev's forthcoming visit to North Korea will provide the occasion for the Sino-Sovict summit meeting. Khrushchev has accepted an Invitation from the North Korean government for a visit at the beginning of October, Moscow Radio announced Thursday night. The meeting was expected to take place either in Peiping or in Korea. The apparent absence of a special occasion for the visit- neither a Korean anniversary celebration nor the holding of a Communist party gathering underlined the political im portance of the trip.
