Bidder agrees to demolish and remove from the grounds all of the struc ture between the dates of June 1, 1960 and August 15, 1960. the site of the building to be filled and graded on a constant grade from the new elementary building to the elementary gymnasium, which is excluded from this sale. The top twelve inches of this final fill and grade must consist of mineral earth only. Any damage to adjacent build ings is to be repaired to the school district's satisfaction at bidder's ex pense. The school district is to be pro tected safe from any damages or liabilities arising from the opera tion by adequate liabiliiy insurance carried by the bidder to the extent of $50,000.00 for any single claim and $100,000.00 total claims for personal injury and $25,000.00 and $50,000.00 for property damage. All janitor and maintainence sup plies and equipment at present stored in the building will be re moved by the school district prior to the start of the project.
