Jacket-Walter Weber, 1401 West 10th st., notified city police that he found a blue nylon jacket at the intersec tion of 10th and Hamilton sts. The jacket was placed in the property room in the police station. Dog Killod-A dog owned by Evelyn Mane Francis, 809 Oak st., was killed Tuesday evening when hit by a log truck operated by Eugene Leslie Huffman, 214 Clark st., on Oak st. between Clark and Jackson sts., acording to city police. Salem Heights Fire Chief Norval Hirons reported the origin of the blaze was dis covered by Carl Brown, arson investigator for the depart ment.
