Range Fire Under Control Near Vale Vale-dJPfl-A range fire of some 3,000 acres about 50 miles west of here was brought under control early today according to the Bureau of Land Management's fire control office. About 80 men battled the blaze, Sunday night after it broke out along a county road. Darryl Fulwider, Vale district manager for the BT.M said he believed the fire was man-caused.
