Four to ten of them are born in a grass nest built by their mother. This nest is usually in a hollow tree or else in a hole in the ground. These tiny babies with arched backs, long pointed noses, fluffy fur, and bushy tails grow fast. In two months you'll find them waddling out at night and digging up grubs and beetles with their big paws. Later on they eat wasps stingers and all and catch mice and grasshoppers. Just after sunset they wake from their all-day nap and in single file go hunting for their supper. Sometimes they are captured and become good pets. Sometimes trappers catch them and sell their fur. Often, unless they kill chickens, the farmers like them. They eat insects that hurt the crops. There's' one thing about them that makes most people and animals avoid them. It is a secret weapon they only use when frightened. -Wheel It keeps off their enemies, too. Guess the animal's name and color the picture correctly! THIS ANIMAL IS A. MY NAME STREET ZONE AGE. CITY.
