The boating public is being asked to make suggestions on the type of charts and their format. Rear Admiral H. Arn old Karo, director of the Coast and Geodetic Survey, announced. Although the re search and development pro gram was begun only in July, 1959, the Survey rushed com pletion of the four series of charts so they could be evalu ated at the Boat Show and at the United States Power Squadron's annual exhibit here. Four series, each covering the same area and containing approximately the same in formation, have been publish ed which contain supplemen tal descriptive information needed by small-boat owners previously found only - in Coast Pilot volumes. 4-H Club Hews Valley Experimenters The Valley Experimenters 4-H Rabbit club held its sec ond meeting of the year Sun day, Jan. 18, at 243 South Stage rd.
