R. C. Granquist, district di rector of the Internal Revenue service for Oregon has issued a reminder of the $10,000 in come limit for filing the sim plified card form return. He said a number of the Form W-2 statements showing the old limit of $5,000 were given to employees who left their place of employment during the year. Fifty-three million Forms W-2 were printed before the decision was made to expand the use of Form 1040A to incomes up to $10,000. Driver Cited by City Police After Accident Loren Leon Avery, 61, of 1043 Court st., was cited for failure to yield the right of way by Medford police Wednesday after his vehicle collided at the intersection of West Third and Holly sts. with one driven by Florenza Evelyzana Milhoan, 513VS Palm st.
