Medford, Ore., Thursday, November 20, H58 Queen Observes 11th Anniversary London -(WD- Queen Eliza beth II today celebrated the eleventh anniversary of her wedding to the Duke of Edin burgh with - a bouquet at breakfast and a secret piece of jewelry as reminders. The Queen found the bou quet waiting at the breakfast table. The white flowers, in cluding lilies of the valley, were like the ones she receiv ed from her bridegroom on her wedding morning. She carried the flowers up the aisle of Westminster as she leaned on the arm of her father. King George VI, on her way to marry the newly created Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Philip. Since then Philip always has sent his wife flowers on the anniversary, which is marked as a family occasion and not a national celebration. Philip also gives the Queen a gift of jewelry, often some thing designed by himself. It was not known what the CROWN SKATING QUEEN Miami Beach-TCPD-Mary Ann Slazinik, 18, of Pine Bush, N.Y., was crowned Wednes day as national roller skate queen. It took the life of Mrs. Van Pelt's father, Walter Earl Whittaker, 65, of Riverside. ' Mrs. Van Pelt suffered face and eye injuries and a broken arm. Threat of Suit Faces Sinatra Miami Beach-UPD-A Miami dog track owner has threat ened to sue singer-actor Frank Sinatra for backing out of an alleged agreement to show up at the races Wednesday night. Isadore Hecht, president of the West Flagler Kennel club, said he would take the need ed legal action to prevent a movie company from using parts of a film it shot at the track. Hecht claimed that Bernard Frank, whom he identified as Sinatra's local representative, approved a publicity agree ment in which the crooner was to appear to present a tro phy after the 10th race. The dog track owner said Sinatra, here for the filming of "A Hole In the Head," was to make the appearance in payment for footage the movie company took at the track. A spokesman at the Foun ainebleau Hotel where Sinat ra was staying said he was in bed with a 104-degree tem perature Wednesday night. The "ultimate in offers" was handed 'union negotiators at the end of the latest in a series of meetings to avert a threatened strike. In the meet ing the union withdrew its de mand for a flat 10 oer cent wage increase and substituted demands covering specific classes of nerformers. - Still remaining to be re solved are several "policy! matters " most of them in the video tape field. The union has demanded that the net mnrVs noree not to stockpile taped shows to be used dur ing strikes. Burlington Freight Train Derailed Yuma, Colo. -CTu-A string f i s tn 20 cars on a Burling ton Line freight drain jumped the tracks at this northeast ern Colorado community early today. Leonard . Bath, telegraph operator in the Burlington's Denver office, said that no one was reported injured -in the crash. Each of the train's rrew members was accounted for and safe, Bath said. "The derailment tore up all of our communications.
