"1 Ashland Youths Fined Six Ashland youths were found guilty of petty larceny and all were fined $25 plus costs in district court Tuesday. They were charged with taking two loudspeaker units on Oct. 14 from the Lithia Drive-In theater near Ash land. Fined were Robert Frank lin Barger, 18, Frank Bryant, 18, Ronald Dwayne Frank, 19, Lee Kent Seitz, 18, Irvin George Rothwell, 18, Charles Wesley Allin, 18. In addition, District Court EX-PROFESSOR DIES Washington -UPD- The Rev. Wilfred Parsons, 71, former professor of political science at Catholic University, died Tuesday in Georgetown hos pital.
