1 1 House Debating Foreign Aid Bill Washington (UPI) The House began debating a S3, 078,092,000 foreign aid appro priation bill today amid in dications it won't seek to re store funds slashed from the program in committee. The measure as recom mended by the Appropria tions committee to the House was trimmed 5872 million be low the 'sum requested by President Eisenhower. The bill provides money to carry on foreign military and eco nomic aid in the 12 months starting today. Sources close to the bill hinted the House may pass the bill as is, leaving efforts at restoration to the Senate wnere prospects were bright er. A defeat of money-adding amendments in the House, they argue, would reduce the chances for jacking up the funds in theSenate. The President was believed likely to broach the foreign aid matter in a meeting with the Republican congressional leaders today. i (MioRial Complete s Hoard Wedding Delayed; Nothing But Trouble Spickard, MO.
