Replace husks, wrap in aluminum foil, twisting ends to secure. If husks are removed, spread corn with softened but ter and season. Wrap corn in foil, double wrapping if fire is very hot or if corn is to be placed on the coals. Outdoor roasting takes about 25 minutes, turning oc casionally. Oven-roasting in shallow pan in hot oven, 400 degrees, takes 15 to 20 minutes. Quick Strawberry Dessert. Fold crushed or sliced fresh strawberries into lightly sug ared whipped cream; chill for a few hours. Pile on any white or yellow cake slices.
