Mrs. Mann has a daughter in Riddle High school and a Tugboat Strike At Coos Bay Ends Coos Bay (UPI) A strike against five Coos Bay tugboat firms ended Thursday after agreement was reached on a new contract between the firms and Local 17 of the In ternational Organization of Masters, Mates and Pilots. The new contract granted a reduction in the number of hours to be worked for a guaranteed month's pay to 86 from 140. Union members, on call 24 hours a day, will be required to work 172 hours a month for the same pay if called upon. Previously it was 180 hours.
