The trio is charged with dumping 14 orchard heaters and stacking six others to gether, and burning them. Four trees were reported scorched, and others suffer ed from frost damage, it was charged. State police officers who ar rested the youths said there may be a total of 11 youths involved in the vandalism An officer said the youths were working in the adjacent Del Rio orchards.
