(IPI The director of Princeton Univer sity's Work-Study Program reports that companies com peting for college men are now aiming their recruiting programs at juniors as well as seniors. C. K. Wallace says the In creasing demand for college graduates has brought a no ticeable trend toward com pany offers of summer jobs to juniors. One firm has found that enough of these -summer trainees return on a perma nent basis after graduating to meet its recruiting needs, thus avoiding the headaches of senior recruiting, Wallace said. (IPI El bert Kincaid, 73, professor em ertius of economics at the Uni versity of Virginia, died Thursday at the University of Virginia hospital. Kincaid, a native of Palouse, Wash., was a financial writer for the San Francisco Call before he be came a faculty member at the university in 1922.
